To support our experienced project management team to deliver outstanding results on our projects, an opportunities currently exist for suitably qualified and experienced Contracts Administrators to work in our Toowoomba or Brisbane Offices. Providing efficient support on the operational delivery of all projects, the Contracts Administrators will manage the administrative function of assigned projects with a focus on achieving safety, quality, time, scope and cost outcomes.
Ideally, the perfect applicant will demonstrate:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a similar field
- 2+ years post-study relevant practical experience OR completion of a cadetship program
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Jobpac (or similar construction based job costing software), Microsoft Office and estimating software packages
- An exceptional level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- An unwavering commitment to safety
- Experience in subcontractor management and a strong knowledge of contracts and the BCIPA
- Highly developed knowledge of the construction process and common challenges
