The Construction division prides itself on delivering medium to large construction projects. Due to demand, an opportunity now exists for an experienced Construction Estimator to be a part of the growth of this well recognised organisation. Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will enjoy working in a team environment as well as autonomously as required. You will need to be highly motivated with the initiative and tenacity to pursue the best results possible.
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
- 5-10 yrs experience as a Construction Estimator in a similar environment
- Experience in estimating Construction works within the $1M to $50M range
- Experience in using Buildsoft estimating software or a similar industry based package,
- Advanced level use of Microsft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage and write tender submissions
- Australian market experience particularly relating to suppliers, sub-contractors, materials, specifications and AS standards
