Green Star

FK Gardner & Sons are members of the Green Building Council of Australia and are committed to devoting time to training for our team and expanding our services to our clients in the area of green buildings.  Gary Gardner (MD) believes that Green Star is the way of the future “when something new is introduced there is always a reluctance to change however the FKG team fully intend to promote the principles of green star to our clients as I believe this is the way forward in the building industry and if we don’t adopt this change we will simply be left behind.”

Going forward FKG is involved in number of green star buildings which will be completed over the next two years.

FKG currently have a construction team completing the Green Star training.  Project Managers Jan Kruger and Rob Levens together with Site Foreman Marcus O'Keeffe and James Lunn will be the first of our construction team to complete the training and manage the successful construction of our upcoming "Green Star" buildings in Bundaberg ($7 milliom) and Toowoomba ($15 million).
