The Construction division prides itself on delivering medium to large construction projects. Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will enjoy working in a team environment as well as autonomously as required. You will need to be highly motivated with the initiative and tenacity to pursue the best results possible.

To be considered for this role, you need to demonstrate:

• 5-10 yrs experience as a Construction Estimator in a similar environment, with at least 2 years experience as a Senior Estimator,
• Experience in estimating Construction works within the $1M to $40M range
• Experience in using Buildsoft estimating software or similar package,
• Advanced level use of Microsft Project
• Ability to manage and write tender submissions
• Australian market experience particularly relating to suppliers, sub-contractors, materials, specifications and AS standards

You will need to be highly motivated with the initiative and tenacity to pursue the best results possible.

To be considered for this role, you need to demonstrate:

• A high level of accuracy in general but particularly when it comes to data entry. 
• Needs to be able to show initiative, problem solving skills, organisational skills and excellent time management. 
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in an administrative role would be highly advantageous, as would knowledge regarding debtors, creditors and reconciling.
