FKG Construction is a division of FK Gardner Group boasting over 40 years experience in the commercial construction industry. The division operates throughout Eastern Australia, with offices in Toowoomba, Roma, Brisbane, Mackay and Cairns. FKG's construction team bring years of knowledge, experience and innovation to the table, capable of handling all types of construction challenges including but not limited to Refurbishments; Education Facilities; Health and Aged Care Facilities; Commercial Offices; Retail Outlets including Shopping Centres and Industrial Facilities.

The high standards that our customers have come to expect is achieved by employing teams of skilled tradespeople under our control, most of whom have been with us for many years.  Our construction team works closely with FKG Developments, FKG Civil, FKG Mining and our plant hire company EzyQuip Hire, to ensure we produce projects of high standards.  At FKG we strive to not only meet expectations but exceed them, we continually monitor our processes and adopt and implement change when required.

In general, our services fall into the following categories:-

 Project Tender & Construction:

• This service includes the provision of a tender document or budget estimate based on existing project designs and specifications;

• On acceptance of the tender or price, FKG would manage the entire construction process through to completion and handover.

Design & Construct:

As the needs of our clients have evolved over time, FKG has also responded by growing the services that we offer.  We now have considerable experience to offer in the area of design and construction management.

• FKG is able to successfully develop and manage your project from concept to completion.
• This includes services such as pre-construction consulting, project planning, land purchase, project design, budgeting, complete construction management, leasing and property management, if required.

In order to deliver this service successfully we have established strong relationships with experienced consulting-engineers, architects, subcontractors and suppliers who integrate within  our management team and share our principles and values.
