The FKG Group was engaged to design and construct a new medical centre, pharmacy and adjacent retail tenancies as part of an extension to the Helensvale Homeworld.
The works involved the construction of new buildings and the installation of services such as water, data, power, associated civil works (carparking), cut-to-fill works and sewerage and drainage installation. As this was an extension project, it took place on a site already in use by a number of other retail tenancies.
The FKG Group team communicated with existing tenants and worked outside normal office hours to limit the impact on the Centre’s existing stores and to ensure that trading was not affected.
