Childcare Educators

The FKG Group’s registered in-house early learning centre, ‘Building Blocks’, is seeking to expand our team of superstar childcare educators.

Opportunities exist for both part time and casual educators that are self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about providing quality childcare and education, with a commitment to their own professional development and training. These roles will provide exceptional support to our educational team and children to ensure the delivery of quality educational services.

Hours will be variable Monday to Friday, so flexibility in availability is key. Hours will be assigned according to both the weekly roster, and on an on-call basis for relief work. These roles suit both experienced educators and university or vocational students looking for a great supplement to your studies and/or other work.

To be successful in this role, applicants must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and reliability, good communication skills, a high level of organisational skills with cleanliness being a priority, and a passion for working with children and in a team.

Candidates must hold a minimum of a Certificate III in Children’s Services (or equivalent) with possession of a Diploma of Children’s Services or current enrolment in such program highly desirable. Applicants must also posses a current suitability blue card for working with children and a current first aid certificate (including anaphylaxis).
