The opportunity

A rare opportunity currently exists for a experienced administrator to join our corporate services team as a Corporate Services Administrator. Based in our Toowoomba Head Office on an initial 12-month fixed term contract this role will see the successful applicant support a broad range of administration functions including but not limited to Marketing, Human Resource, Finance an Information Technology.  This role is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, innovated and self-motivated individual who thrives working independently within a structured and supportive environment. Due to the dynamic mix of responsibilities this role requires exceptional organisational and time management skills to ensure all tasks and processes remain on track and up to date

Responsibilities will include:

  • General administration tasks, database/spreadsheet management, and record keeping;
  • Coordinating sponsorships and donations;
  • Managing stock levels and the distribution of company materials and goods;
  • Monitoring and maintaining online directory listings (such as Google My Business);
  • Providing support for client and staff functions;
  • Finance administration including raising purchase orders and invoice processing;
  • Liaising with stakeholders, suppliers and staff as role requires;
  • Supporting with graphic design and website content uploads; and
  • General administration support.

About you:

The successful applicant will possess or be able to demonstrate:

  • 3+ years prior experience within multi-disciplinary administration role/s;
  • Great attention to detail;
  • Strong organisational skills;
  • Current drivers licence;
  • Willingness to work as part of a dynamic team;
  • Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Experience with marketing programs and platforms such as Adobe InDesign; WordPress; Mailchimp and Canva, or a willingness to learn.

This newly created position may be offered on a part time or full-time basis for the right candidate, with a minimum of 30 hours per week required.
