WHAT will you do? You’ll take your exceptional knowledge of accounting practices and legislation to assist the operational accounting function for some of our leading business units. You’ll be responsible for overseeing project security and cashflow, project set up and closeout, completing reconciliations, forecasting, cost control, analytics and financial modelling and feasibility. Working with and supported by our experienced finance team including two direct reports, you’ll provide high level support and advice to divisional managers.

WHO will you be? You’ll be a passionate, motivated individual with:

• 5+ years post graduate experience
• Previous experience leading a team of professional accountants
• Accreditation as either a CA / CPA
• Commercial accounting experience, preferably with a background in public practice
• Experience in monitoring and reporting on cash flow, debtors and other financial indicators
• Advanced level computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), financial software packages, and business intelligence tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships for successful outcomes.

Experience and knowledge of the property development and construction industries, along with their associated systems, including Jobpac would be a distinct advantage.  However be assured, we don’t just build projects, we build careers and will support you with your transition and learning.
