The FKG Group is currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced HR Advisor to join our growing HR team. Based in our Toowoomba office, the HR Advisor will utilise their exceptional generalist HR skills to provide operational HR support to the Construction division, working closely with our employee groups, management team and the wider HR team. The HR Advisor will be a critical partner for our Construction business, work closely with the Group Manager, and will assist in driving and influencing operational outcomes and key people strategies, as well as providing practical support and advice on all HR matters.
Being degree qualified and ideally having construction industry experience, the suitable applicant will have a strong attention to detail and be able to manage their time to effectively provide solutions in the fundamental areas of HR, including:
This role is well suited to a vibrant, enthusiastic and driven individual with a well developed knowledge of general human resources practices and a grounded and level headed approach. Regular travel to Brisbane will be required.
