An exciting and unique opportunity currently exists in our Brisbane office for an energetic and professional IT Support Officer to join our enthusiastic team on a full time, permanent basis and assist with our helpdesk enquiries for site and office-based employees.
The successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure and have a positive can-do attitude with the technical know-how to assist and maintain our existing systems.
The role includes assisting with our helpdesk ticketing system, configuration and troubleshooting of various equipment and printers and providing general assistance to the IT team to assist in the completion of key projects and day to day tasks.
To be successful, candidates will be able to demonstrate:
Tertiary or vocational qualifications in IT would be highly regarded, though are not essential. This role is predominantly office based in our modern office located in the inner north suburbs of Brisbane.
