We are seeking a Marketing Administrator to join our team in our stunning Toowoomba office. The role is an ideal opportunity for someone with a couple of years’ experience in marketing or a solid administration background to kick-start their marketing career in a collaborative marketing team.

This is an exciting role in a fast-paced environment, where no two days will be the same.  The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of activities including:

  • Coordination of all printing and promotional item orders and stock management
  • Coordination of branding and signage
  • Coordination of various photography needs
  • Coordination and management of online advertising/directory listings
  • Uploading website content and coordinating some social media posts
  • Management of minor sponsorships and donations
  • Providing assistance with internal communications (including newsletter content)
  • Media monitoring
  • Conducting research for various marketing mediums or initiatives
  • Assisting with client and staff events
  • Marketing related administrative duties

Ideally, our Marketing Administrator will be a self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate individual with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills! It is preferred that applicants are able to demonstrate a proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, and any additional experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and/ or website CMS and CRM programs will be highly regarded.

While a full time role would be preferred, consideration can certainly be given to part time work arrangements (min. 30 hours per week) for the right individual! Please let us know your preference on application.
