FKG Developments team undertakes the entire acquisition, design, approval, and construction process in house with projects including multi–level residential buildings, commercial offices, land subdivisions and industrial facilities.
An opportunity currently exists for an experienced Property Development Manager to join our team in either Toowoomba or Brisbane. This fulltime role will see the successful candidate report to the General Manager and take on key responsibilities including client relations, design management, contractual management and delivering a quality product on time, budget and to clients specification.
To be successful, candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Experience and application in understanding and interpret drawings and design documentation;
Strong grasp of buildability and construction parameters in the general construction industry;
Strong budget management and financial analysis proficiency;
Experience with feasibility and business case proposals;
Prior experience in the usage of REVIT or other building/ modelling software is advantageous but not essential;
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office;
An exceptional level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
Highly developed organisational, time management and prioritisation skills; and
Strong Business development skills.
