Pumicestone Village Shopping Centre

The FKG Group was engaged  to design and construct a new suburban neighbourhood retail centre, encompassing a supermarket as the major tenant, eight specialty retail tenancies and associated on-grade carparking. The project also included a telecommunications facility lease area for Telstra at the northern end of the site.

Commencing on-site in May 2018, the project team managed an accelerated program and successfully achieved practical completion two months ahead of schedule and on budget, while maintaining a superior level of safety and delivering high-quality finishes.

Due to the strong and professional relationships that were formed with the various retail tenancies throughout construction, following the completion of the shopping centre, the FKG Group was also engaged to complete several variations within the coffee shop, bakery, and medical tenancies.
