The University of Queensland Pedestrian Link Bridge project involved the redevelopment of the main pedestrian walkway linking the eastern gateway of the UQ Lakes Busway Terminal and Ferry Terminal with the University’s St Lucia campus. The COX Architecture designed link comprised of a 35m elevated bridge and over 100m of on-ground walkway, viewing platforms, seating areas, lighting and shade structures, hard and soft landscaping and new concrete pathways to link the bridge to the university buildings.
