The FKG Group was engaged to complete the design and construction of an industrial facility for QPH Property. The warehouse was designed to meet Port of Brisbane (POB) requirements and is a fit for purpose facility for the tenant Visa Global Logistics.
The scope of works included the construction of a 2,500m² warehouse, despatch office and amenities, 350m² main office and 13,750m² of external hardstand, container storage, car parking and landscaped areas.
The high quality and efficient facility was built focusing on functionality while also meeting modern and commercial standards. Along with the container rated hardstand, logistics were considered to meet the operational requirements of the tenant. Separate truck entry and exits were included in the design to suit semi-trailers and Super B double truck combinations.
