‘Vue on Chatsworth’ Greenslopes Residential Units

The FKG Group was engaged by Mosaic Property Group Pty Ltd to design and construct a four-storey residential building in Greenslopes. The “Vue on Chatsworth” complex is comprised of 19 units including 16 two-bedroom units and three one bedroom units, ranging in size from 71m² to 114m², and the property also features lift access.

Communication between the project team, the client and property owners was crucial to the overall success of the project. Due to the tightness of the site and proximity to adjacent properties, craneage and over sail also required ongoing management with neighbours. A professional approach to works and adherence to elements such as traffic management and DA noise conditions assisted in minimising the impact on neighbours.
