The FKG Group’s refurbishment of the Kingaroy Courthouse for the Queensland Government has demonstrated the Group’s dedication to using local subcontractors whenever possible. During a recent site visit by Attorney-General and Minister for Justice the Hon Yvette D’Ath MP our team was pleased to announce that approximately 80 per cent of the trades on site were local – delivering on a commitment made by the FKG Group at the start of the project.
Once complete, the Kingaroy Courthouse’s extensive refurbishment, which includes adding an extension to the first floor, will deliver an additional courtroom, a lift to improve access and new rooms for other court services.
