As National Reconciliation Week wraps up for 2024, we’re reflecting on the incredible experiences we’ve had at FKG Group.
We were honoured to welcome Buddy from Winangali to our Toowoomba and Brisbane offices, where he guided staff through the 2024 theme, “Now More Than Ever”. Buddy, alongside our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) working group, shared the four pillars of empowerment, reviewed our goals and deliverables from our 2023-2025 RAP, and even treated staff to a bush-infused morning tea. Several of our sites across the business hosted toolboxes with site teams to celebrate the week and share learnings on why National Reconciliation Week is so important to us at the FKG Group.
