20th March 2025
Throughout the FKG Group’s 50+ year history, there is one thing that has always reigned true for the Gardner family – that people are the core of our business …. Our ‘FKG Family’.
On Saturday 15th March, the Gardner family once again hosted a special ‘Years of Service’ celebration at Gary and Melissa Gardner’s home in Toowoomba, recognising the contribution and dedication of the team members who have been with the company for ten or more years.
Executive Chairman, Gary Gardner is incredibly proud of the long-term team members that have embraced the growth and changes that the business has experienced over the years, working together to overcome challenges and evolve alongside.
“At the FKG Group, we are incredibly proud of our long-serving team members whose dedication, expertise, and loyalty have been instrumental in shaping our success,” Gary said.
“Their years of service reflect the strong culture we’ve built – one that values hard work, collaboration, and the people who drive our business forward.”
