The FKG Group developments team is proud to have given a vacant Toowoomba property a new purpose as the home of Fitness Cartel. Located on Spencer Street Toowoomba, the 3,640m² warehouse had previously operated as an indoor sporting centre before the FKG Group developments team identified an opportunity to reposition the existing asset, securing Fitness Cartel as the tenant through a 10-year lease.
