What are we looking for?

An experienced, passionate Cyber Security Analyst who will work closely with a team of skilled engineers across cloud and server infrastructure, network infrastructure and software development. This role is available to candidates based in Brisbane or Toowoomba.

This role will be instrumental in identifying and responding to cyber risks in a complex technology environment that services various businesses across multiple industries.

This role will also lead cyber awareness initiatives, collaborate with department heads, support cyber system improvements, and continue to increase cyber maturity.

What You’ll Bring:

·         Minimum 2 years in a Cyber Security role or similar;

·         Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards;

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

·         A broad understanding of ICT systems, network and server infrastructure;

·         Proficiency in Endpoint Detection and Response, Firewall, Identity, DLP and application control technologies;

·         Certification in CISP, COMPTIA Security+ or equivalent;

·         Proven experience in cyber operations, ideally in regulated or high-risk environments;

·         Effective communication and a desire to work in a supportive team environment;

·         Exposure to SIEM technologies is advantageous.
