The Pickering Motor Group entered into the turnkey delivery of a new and consolidated dealership on Johanna Boulevard in Bundaberg comprising a 3,500m2 facility made up of a showroom, workshop and outdoor sales on a 1.5ha site.
At the start of the project, the Property Development team identified a suitable green field site for the Dealership development, acquired the site, and completed due diligence before preparing and pricing a preliminary design for our client, Bundaberg Motor Group (BMG).
The FKG Group subsequently entered into an agreement to lease with BMG and worked with the local Council and local consultants to obtain a fast-track Development Approval.
The new 13-year BMG then commenced. This process showcased the FKG Groups variety of capabilities – working together in the property development process to deliver a state-of-the-art facility under a long-term lease.
