Myall Vale Laboratory
This project involved the finalisation of the design and construction of a new laboratory facility for the Myall Vale Cotton Breeding Research Facilities. The building is a laboratory with Physical Containment (PC2) barrier requirements to the main building with an additional area within the building with PC2/OGTR (Office of Gene Technology Regulator) Invertebrates Performance Requirements.
The building was constructed with a non-traditional modular building solution, fabricated off site with the remaining works undertaken onsite similar to a traditional construction methodology, all within an operational environment.
