Dorset Street Units

The FKG Group was contracted by Mosaic Property Group Pty Ltd for the design and construction of a three-storey apartment building in Ashgrove, featuring 20 contemporary units. The scope of the project also included the removal of two existing houses from the site, construction of a communal breakout area and separate basement level carpark, installation of a lift, and upgrading the sewer and stormwater infrastructure.

As the project took place in a suburban residential area, the FKG Group placed importance on notifying the surrounding residents regarding construction times, in compliance with noise and traffic restrictions.

Prior to the commencement of this project, the FKG Group had developed a close working relationship with Mosaic Property Group while constructing a previous project. This relationship proved vital to the success of this project, as there was a high level of client liaison required throughout the construction process. Following the completion of these units, Mosaic Properties contracted the FKG Group to construct a low-rise, multi-residential unit block in Greenslopes, ‘Vue on Chatsworth’.
