The FKG Group was contracted by the Brisbane Housing Company to design and manage the construction of multi-level units, varying in size and layout and comprising both public and private housing. Spread across six separate buildings and clustered around a large central car parking area, the units are constructed of concrete floor slabs, coloured rendered external walls, steel sheet roofing and wall cladding with internal plasterboard partitions.
