Goondir Health Clinic

The FKG Group was engaged to construct a new community health care facility for the Goondir Health Service in Dalby. Works comprised a two-storey building which included 16 consulting and procedure rooms, two sterile prep rooms, lead-lined radiation room, dentistry facilities, physiotherapy gym, emergency room and various offices.

Furthermore, the installation of medical gases, radiation equipment, c-bus enabled dental chairs and sterile prep rooms required close adherence to specifications, high attention to detail and strict QA procedures.

During construction, major flood events damaged much of the internal finishes which had already been completed. The FKG Group team undertook extensive rectification works to mitigate the flood damage.
