The FKG Group procured a site for a retail development, and in the early tenant investigation stage, Guzman Y Gomez became an obvious candidate.
The FKG Group managed the entire developer process from inception to completion, working alongside GYG to ensure the facility was tailored to meet their requirements.
The development reactivated a promising corner site that shares a frontage with the neighbouring Wilsonton Shopping Centre. This is the first drive-thru GYG in the Toowoomba region.
A positive relationship between the FKG Group Developments team and the GYG franchise was created during this process, and we hope this is the start of a fruitful relationship.
