National Storage Warehouse Bundall

The FKG Group was engaged by National Storage Holdings Pty Ltd to design and construct a contemporary storage facility at their existing Bundall Road site. The project required the construction of a retail shop, 604 storage pods across four levels, a functional office area, modern kitchen and amenities, installation of signage and full landscaping.

Due to the operational nature of the industrial area and the extremely tight site, special considerations were made in the planning phases of the project, ensuring that adjoining properties, road users, and pedestrians were not endangered or adversely affected by the construction works.

High quality finishes were incorporated into the design to align with the premium National Storage brand. These finishes can be seen in the cable management solutions, sprayed black ceilings, polished concrete floors, machine trowelled coloured concrete floors, and addition of architectural alucabond box features to the building’s external façade.
