NUSEED DEVELOPMENT

The FKG Group was engaged to undertake the development of a purpose-built facility for global seeds business, Nuseed, in Toowoomba.

The FKG Group Development team assisted in the process to locate a site, and conducted the entire Developer process to ensure the facility was tailored to meet Nuseed’s requirements.

The Development team worked with Nuseed to design a facility that was able to accommodate their valuable goods and high-tech plant and equipment.

The FKG Group Development team worked with QFES and Nuseed to tailor a performance-based fire solution that enabled Nuseed to safely operate.

The facility encompassed approximately 2,500 sqm of floor area over a 10,000 sqm block of land, which comprised of the following;

• A warehouse for processing the storage of seed
• Office facility
• Wash bay / loading area
• Research and development space
