The FKG Group was engaged to design and construct Rodney’s Transport Depot at Wellcamp near Toowoomba.
The Depot includes an 840m2 industrial shed, combined office and driver facilities, and wash bay area. Designed to client specifications, the spacious and weather proof industrial shed features cold rolled steel frame custom orb cladding, a reinforced concrete slab, and workshop inspection pit with recessed lights, equipment rail, and conduits for services.
In addition, access roads were designed by FKG Group’s civil engineers with a 3795m2 driveway, two concrete crossovers, and a gravel hardstand with a compacted road base.
