Sarina Beach Road Shopping Centre Expansion

The FKG Group was engaged by Stockwell Pty Ltd to perform the expansion of the Sarina Beach Road Shopping Centre which included the design and construction of a 1,582m² Target Country department store, as well as four speciality retail shops across 352m².

Due to the expansion of the facility, the existing carpark which accommodated 120 vehicles, required alterations and expansion to increase the total capacity to 318 carparks. This included reconfigurations of the existing carpark and the development of new carpark facilities within the centre also.

Throughout the project, the team consulted with existing tenants to ensure they could successfully operate during the construction works, with plans implemented to minimise disruption to customers.
