Sinnamon Village - Rosemount

Following the completion of the Early Works stage for the Rosemount Retirement Village, the FKG Group was engaged to construct the Rosemount ‘Madden’ building and associated works.

The team delivered the seven storey building, along with a basement carpark in addition to a 6,500m² two-level podium slab for the next stage of the Sinnamon Village development – ‘Tynan’.

The contemporary ‘Madden’ building features 70 independent living units, as well as lounge and dining areas, commercial kitchen, staff offices, one level carpark, outdoor swimming pool with easy accessibility, and beautifully landscaped outdoor podium areas.

The FKG Group had previously worked with Wesley Mission on the adjacent ‘Dovetree’ Aged Care Facility within the same complex, which allowed the team to benefit from their understanding of the challenging nature of the sloped site and minimise disruption to the operations of the surrounding facilities and residents.
