Stora Enso Warehouse
The FKG Group was engaged to design and construct a new 5,700m2 warehouse and 150m2 office building, to meet the operational requirements of the tenant, Stora Enso Australia.
The project scope included a fire pump room, sprinkler tank, and a high-quality burnished slab to the warehouse, which required the team to organise early morning concrete pours, wind protection, and specialised curing agent application to ensure the desired finish was achieved.
Extensive planning allowed the team to deliver the project ahead of time, which assisted the tenant in relocating their operating equipment earlier than expected.
