As Group Manager – Developments, Jack leads an experienced team of professionals, sharing his vision and the strategic direction of the business, while managing the FKG Group’s extensive property portfolio.

With a strong client-relationship focus that underpins the entire team’s approach, Jack and his highly skilled team have grown the FKG Group’s development prominence, reach and capability with the successful delivery of multimillion-dollar projects across Queensland and northern New South Wales.

Jack is committed to ensuring that projects provide a legacy to the communities in which they operate and he has a gift for true collaboration, which extends to the creation of thriving business hubs through the FKG Group’s Development offering.

Cameron has had a rich and varied career in property development, spanning more than 30 years. An integral part of the FKG Developments team, Cameron brings extensive experience across the retail, commercial, agribusiness and industrial sectors.

A specialist in managing extraneous factors during a development, including statutory approvals, supply of infrastructure, access requirements, and water security, Cameron understands the importance of nurturing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction, through a strategic, well-planned, and well-executed development plan.

Brett is an integral member of the Developments team and has worked with the FKG Group for more than 15 years. From design and approvals to delivering turnkey solutions, Brett enjoys the collaborative, vertically integrated approach of the FKG Group’s Development services, which have the capabilities and resources to drive success as a full-service provider.

From industrial projects, to land developments, technical infrastructure such as data centres and service stations, accommodation facilities and commercial facilities, Brett’s experience extends across a range sectors.

Markus leads the property acquisition, investment and divestment activities for the FKG Group, and prior to joining the team owned and operated several successful property agencies and has negotiated or facilitated hundreds of significant sales and projects throughout Southeast Queensland.

His vast network and years of experience has given him a unique insight into the commercial and residential property market, including tracking cycles within the marketing to ensure the best decisions are made at the right time.

With more than 32 years’ experience in the industry, John is collaborative by nature and proudly leads the team of talented architects and designers. Experienced in all stages of a project’s lifecycle, John has worked on projects across a wide range of sectors, including industrial, residential, commercial, advanced manufacturing and technology.

The integration of design and construct services allows FKG and their clients to save time and resources, while adding value to a project, utilising John and his teams’ experience, skills and agility.

As Property Manager, Micha manages the leasing and physical management of the FKG Group’s Development Team’s property holdings.

Micha is responsible for the daily management of a variety of properties, assisting in leasing requirements including pre-commitments and post construction, market analysis, due diligence, as well as liaising with consultants and real estate agents to achieve mutually desirable outcomes.

Having been with the FKG Group for over ten years, Micha has built strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The strength of these relationships is demonstrated through her successful management of such a large and diverse portfolio of properties.

As a highly skilled and dedicated Accountant, Krystal has a focus on management accounting to enable the Developments team and our clients to foster sound decision-making, planning, and performance management.

Krystal is adept at researching and analysing data and statistics to map trends and forecast demand for B2B products and services. She has experience with preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, quality assurance, foreign currency transactions, and the provision of advice to management, colleagues and clients.

With her high personal standards, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills, combined with a high degree of professionalism and ethics, Krystal is an asset to the team.
