The Department of Housing and Public Works engaged the FKG Group to design and construct a new Counter Terrorism and Community Safety Centre (CTCSC) Training Facility, complete with two indoor firing ranges and a scenario village. The scope was inclusive of civil works, concrete tilt panels, structural steel, metal cladding, commercial fit out, vehicle parking, and associated external works.

Officially named as the Bob Atkinson Operational Capabilities Centre (BAOCC), the Centre includes cutting-edge architecture and technology, with specialist training areas specifically designed to enhance capability in managing terrorism and other critical incidents.
