BP Brendale
FKG were engaged through their Development division to deliver a full turn-key solution for the design, approvals, and construction of a new service station in Brendale. The project involved a standard C-250 store, with efficiencies achieved through FKG’s BIM design environment, enabling early clash detection and streamlined construction.
Close coordination with BP was required throughout the fuel farm works, particularly around delayed approvals and procurement of long-lead items. The team maintained progress by focusing on non-critical path activities while awaiting resolution. Regular inspections were accommodated to ensure compliance with BP’s quality standards.
Despite external challenges, including weather-related disruptions, FKG’s proactive planning and collaborative approach ensured continuity of works and maintained program momentum.
