BP Kawana
FKG was engaged for the design and construction of a new BP Fuel Station at Kawana. The project included a 250m² convenience store, underground fuel system with 160kL storage, car canopies, and external landscaping.
FKG’s design team managed all required approvals, including Development Approval Modification and Building Approval, delivering a turnkey solution aligned with BP’s latest standards. Acid sulphate soils and high water tables were addressed through tailored ground treatment and drainage strategies during construction.
The scope encompassed civil, structural, and services works, full fit-out including FF&E and kitchen equipment, stormwater management within site boundaries, and upgrades to entry and exit crossovers. Drawing on experience from previous BP projects, the team ensured efficient delivery and maintained a strong ongoing relationship with the client.
