Lot 4 Transit Industrial Estate
FKG was engaged by Andreatta Developments and Green Road Properties for the design and construction of a new warehouse at Transit Industrial Estate, Park Ridge. The scope included a 1,900m² warehouse, two-storey office, carparks, hardstands, landscaping, and fencing.
As the first project delivered on the estate, FKG established site protocols and infrastructure to support future developments. Challenges included late council water connection, low CBR ground conditions, and coordination with concurrent roadworks. FKG implemented early procurement, adjusted slab sequencing, and redesigned retaining wall and tilt panel footings to maintain progress. A gantry crane was installed post-roof works, with traffic flow modifications enabling efficient delivery.
The project was completed five days ahead of the revised practical completion date, with high-quality outcomes and minimal defects.
