Northern Rivers Build to Rent
FKG was engaged by Landcom for the design and construction of the Northern Rivers Build to Rent pilot project, supporting the NSW Government’s commitment to increasing housing supply and diversity. The development includes 50 apartments across two buildings, with a mix of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom units, terrace-style apartments, basement carparking, a community room, and associated landscaping and public domain works. FKG will manage construction on a constrained site with dual access points, implementing innovative design solutions to improve buildability, reduce environmental impact, and streamline program delivery.
