Ripley Valley State Secondary College Stage 3
FKG was engaged to deliver the design and construction of Stage 3 works at Ripley Valley State Secondary College, following the successful completion of Stage 2B in 2024. The project comprised a new learning centre and ancillary works delivered across four separable portions within the operational campus. Scope included general learning areas for art, dance, drama, kinesiology and media, staff offices, collaborative learning spaces, and car park upgrades.
Works were carefully coordinated across multiple active areas of the school, with site access and deliveries managed around daily school operations and traffic movements. The staged delivery approach enabled key learning areas to be handed over early, supporting the school’s growing enrolment requirements while maintaining continuity of campus activities throughout construction. The project demonstrated FKG’s ability to deliver complex education infrastructure within a live operational environment while minimising disruption to students, staff, and school operations.
