The FKG Group project team who worked on the Warrego Highway (Oakey to Dalby) Overtaking Lanes, recently received the award for ‘Projects Valued Between $10M and $30M’ at the Queensland Civil Contractors Federation (CCF) Earth Awards held this month. The prestigious awards are designed to recognise projects that create important links in Australian communities.
Mathew Quy-Verlander, Group Manager – Civil at FKG Group, commended the project team on their achievement, “We are very proud to have been recognised at the Queensland awards evening. The team worked incredibly hard on this project and it was great to see them acknowledged by such a well-respected industry body.”
Following their success at the State Awards, the team were invited to attend the National CCF Earth Awards.
