FKG was engaged by Andreatta Developments under an ECI for the design and construction of a new warehouse facility at Transit Industrial Estate, Park Ridge. The scope included a 2,757m² warehouse, two-level office space, secure carparking, hardstands, landscaping, and fencing.

Delivered concurrently with Lot 4 and following early works on the site, the project benefited from FKG’s established relationship with the client and prior experience. Inclement weather posed challenges to slab preparation and tilt panel installation, mitigated through temporary road base and revised footing designs. Coordination between retaining wall and warehouse footings required structural redesigns to avoid clashes. In-ground services were adjusted to accommodate late hydrant and pump set additions.

The project was completed ahead of the revised practical completion date, with high-quality outcomes and minimal defects. FKG’s proactive communication, site security measures, and detailed inspections ensured a durable and low-maintenance facility.
