FKG is delivering the design and construction of a new three-storey National Storage facility in Macgregor, following an initial ECI phase that included design development and approvals. The project involves demolition of existing structures and construction of a modern storage centre, with upgraded access points, 19 car parks, and nearly 900m² of landscaped area. Bordered by residential and commercial properties and a major arterial road, the site presents logistical challenges, including limited space and traffic management. Construction is being staged to optimise access and sequencing, with mobile crane operations carefully managed to avoid disruption.
