Toowoomba Grammar School Senior Boarding House

The FKG Group delivered the construction of a new three storey 120 bed Senior Boarding House, four residential units, reception, meeting rooms, study and longue areas, common rooms, cricket training nets and extensive landscaping. A heavy focus was placed on minimising disruption to school facilities, which were heavily occupied during the expansion. The FKG Group delivered the project in stages resulting in completion ahead of schedule. Constant communication and a flexible, collaborative approach between site teams and school staff ensured construction and school activities were not interrupted and both site personnel and students were kept safe.
