Transit Industrial Estate Lot 7
FKG was engaged by Andreatta Properties and Green Road Properties for the design and construction of a new warehouse development at the Transit Industrial Estate. The project includes a 2,500m² warehouse, a two-storey 200m² office, car parking, and landscaping. As the third warehouse delivered by FKG at the estate, the team will leverage extensive site knowledge and a strong client relationship to ensure efficient delivery. Key challenges include coordinating construction within an active industrial precinct and maintaining continuity with adjacent developments.
